Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and better diner menu available on the hotel restaurant quite nicely presented. Central location. At time noisy trafic at night. Older hotel with outdated feauture. Curently under gradual but remodeling with more modern fixtures.

Price is very low. We could use the garage for free even though no "guest parking" was officially offered.

No single person of the staff speaks english - major problems even asking simple questions. The condition of the hotel is awful. It has to be reconstructed completely. This still would be ok if at least it was clean - but everything was shabby and looked not well cleaned at least in our room and also whole floor. We stayed there only one night because we had only a short stop in Belo Horizonte. If we would have had to stay longer we would have changed the hotel.

everything was out of the ark , the bed linen ,towels,furnishings and elevators that did not work.

Staff were very helpful even though we could not not speak Portuguese. We our gesture and drawings, we managed to have a pleasant stay.

The hotel is right in the center of the city, good for backpackers or single business people.

The hotel building is quite old, thus the elevator, doors' handle, windows and other structural parts could be reformed, repainted or replaced. The access to the hotel garage and front door are not clear based on the street address. You have to go over the sidewalk with your car to have access to the garage and there's no sign indicating the hotel's name in front of the building.

Knowing English is very important for staff of a hotel . but there was the case in this hotel.

The worst experience during my one month trqvel in Brazil. Noisy hotel, unfriendly staff, waiting for hours for an elevator, comp´letely worn out hotel, overpriced
